BOOTH DISPLAY

No displays, partitions, equipment, may exceed the space leased by the exhibitor and may not interfere with adjoining exhibitors. Exhibitors shall maintain displays in an orderly manner and exhibit proper professional courtesy in their booth space. Excessive noise and offensive lighting are prohibited.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Full payment is due by February 10, 2024. Lack of payment constitutes a cancellation of this Agreement and Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to resell the booth space.

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION

Requests for cancellation and refunds must be in writing. A refund on the amount paid is available to Exhibitors who have notified the Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce of cancellation in writing, postmarked by January 30th, 2024. Exhibitor cancellation after February 1st, 2024 is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No requests for refunds will be granted after February 10th, 2024.

SUBLETTING, SHARING OF BOOTH SPACE

Subletting or sharing of booth space or using assigned space to display equipment or materials other than those of the exhibiting company is prohibited.

FAILURE TO COMPLY

Exhibitors failing to comply with the rules, terms and conditions of Agreement are subject to the forfeiture of all payment made at the time of the infraction.

THEFT

The Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for materials and items left in booths.

INSURANCE

All Exhibitors, their contractors and suppliers working at the Expo, are required to carry liability and property insurance.

ATTENDANCE DISCLAIMER

The projected number of attendees expected to participate at the Expo is not guaranteed. It is based on attendance of past Business Expos.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Exhibitor agrees that the Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce and Oswego High School or their respective officers, directors, employees, and/or agents (hereinafter “Indemnities”) are not responsible for loss or damage to any property of Exhibitor, in storage, in transit, to and from, and within the confines of the High School. Exhibitor agrees that Indemnities are not responsible for any damages or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance, whether due to Exhibitor or agent of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs and damages, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or by reason of any accident, bodily injury, property damage, or other claims to any person, including Exhibitor, its employees, agents or invitees, arising out of or related to Exhibitor’s occupancy of use of Expo premises.
